Located on Restaurant Row at The Venetian, Sugarcane Las Vegas was opened in 2016, bringing the brand's creative culinary offerings and casual vibes to Sin City from its origins in Miami.

the duck & waffle story
a dish so good we named a restaurant after it!
Sugarcane's signature duck & waffle dish has inspired its own story as well. In 2012, Duck & Waffle restaurant opened in London, located on the 40th Floor of Heron Tower. Inspired by its namesake dish, the 24/7 restaurant known for its vast views of the city offers a playful take on traditional British cuisine with broad European influences. A second location opened in Edinburgh in 2022.
Since it was created, there have been over 2,000,000 duck & waffle dishes enjoyed around the world, from Las Vegas to London to Edinburgh and Dubai.

Our Design
